The evaporator glows in an improved design

In order to offer our customers the best solution, we are constantly developing our products. Then, when there are many good new ideas, it's time for a big leap. This is what we have done with the new KLC-MASTER Line. Technically, economically and also visually.

The sophisticated functionality of an evaporator does not have to result in complicated shapes. Clarity as a design principle and a fresh shine, not only on the outside but also on the inside.

The special oval design distinguishes the new KLC-MASTER Line from the usual shapes, also because it saves space and provides better accessibility. At the same time, it has been possible to reduce the number of sizes. More common parts bring economic savings and allow shorter lead times.

The accessibility concept is completely new. The side panels and doors are only hinged at the corners. This makes work on the line easier and faster.

Inside, everything is tidy. Here, too, the clear shapes of the assemblies and the roughening show the course of the process and the nature of the functions. Everything is modular. The process options offered can also be retrofitted.

Everything has been fundamentally redesigned, even good functional assemblies such as the combined distillate tank now show even better results. Throughput has been increased for the same size. At the same time, the energy requirement has been reduced, the quality of the distillate has been improved even further, and the water content of the concentrate has been lowered. Better results and lower costs as a result of consistent design. And last but not least: we are thus benefiting the environment.
